Who We’re Looking For:
African or Caribbean professionals with a strong interest in advancing trade, industrialisation and economic development across Africa and the Caribbean.
Typically 5–15 years’ experience, combining strong technical expertise with leadership potential and commercial orientation.
Proven experience within banking, development finance, investment, industry, technology, logistics, manufacturing, distribution, infrastructure or commercial development.
Experience in areas such as capital mobilisation, cross-border partnerships, value chains, supply and distribution networks or routes to market is particularly relevant.
Relevant academic qualifications in Finance, Economics, Business, Law, International Trade, Technology, Engineering or related disciplines.
International, emerging-market, African or Caribbean market experience would be advantageous.
Fluency in English is required. French, Portuguese or Arabic is highly desirable.
Willingness to relocate across Africa or the Caribbean depending on future opportunities.
