The Job:

The TSS & SBD Training Administration Manager will provide the central administrative and operational support function for the Trade Support Specialist (TSS) team and SBD Training team at our training facility (BDU), ensuring that both teams have the structure, coordination and resources required to deliver exceptional service to customers, colleagues and the wider business. You’ll get to:    

 

•                          Own the administration and coordination of TSS bookings through Microsoft Bookings and Salesforce 

  • Support the TSS team with sample ordering, stock requirements and POS orders.
  • Manage BDU scheduling and administration, including the facility diary, booking calendar, email enquiries, and appropriate routing of requests.
  • Coordinate training operations, including internal and external enquiries, training bookings, and ensuring all required information, samples, products, and equipment are in place.
  • Support visitor and event readiness, including preparing the BDU for customer, colleague, and stakeholder visits, and arranging food and beverage requirements for visitors and training events.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the TSS team while identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
  • Support Health & Safety compliance by maintaining records, following up and escalating actions, and ensuring colleagues and visitors adhere to relevant BDU policies and procedures.
  • Act as a designated BDU key holder, supporting facility opening and closing, maintaining security and compliance with building procedures, assisting with emergency protocols, and ensuring the site is prepared for daily operations and scheduled activities.
