💼 Jouw rol als Administratief Medewerker Offerte-opmaak

Als Administratief Medewerker Offerte-opmaak ben jij de schakel tussen onze klanten, techniekers en projectleiders. Je zorgt ervoor dat iedere offerte correct, volledig en tijdig wordt uitgewerkt.

📚 Wat ga je doen?

  • Beheren van de offerte-mailbox en opmaken van prijsvoorstellen
  • Klanten contacteren om bijkomende technische informatie te verzamelen
  • Opvolgen van de uitgestuurde offertes
  • Voorbereiden en administratief ondersteunen van tenders
  • Zorgen voor een correcte en tijdige informatiedoorstroming naar klanten en collega's
  • Opbouwen van een professionele vertrouwensrelatie met onze klanten uit de bouwsector

Ben jij een nauwkeurige organisator die graag administratief werk combineert met technisch inzicht? Krijg je energie van klantcontact en hou je van een afwisselend takenpakket? Dan ben jij de collega die we zoeken!

✅ Wat breng jij mee?

  • Een bacheloropleiding in een administratieve richting of gelijkwaardige ervaring
  • Interesse in techniek en/of de bouwsector (een sterke troef)
  • Analytisch denkvermogen en gezond verstand
  • De durf om klanten gerichte technische vragen te stellen voor een correcte offerte-opmaak
  • Een vlotte kennis van Nederlands en Frans
  • Een klantgerichte, zelfstandige en kwaliteitsbewuste werkhouding
  • Nauwkeurigheid en oog voor detail
