Il Bellevue di Cogne, in Valle d’Aosta, affacciato sui Prati di Sant’Orso, proprio dinnanzi al Gran Paradiso e al suo omonimo Parco Nazionale, non è solo un hotel, ma una grande Casa che abbraccia la storia, la cultura e la natura delle Alpi. Dal 1925 la famiglia Jeantet-Roullet lo gestisce portando avanti la cultura dell’ospitalità, coinvolgendo oltre 90 collaboratori.
La Casa offre 39 camere uniche, ognuna arredata con mobili e oggetti antichi appartenenti alla collezione di famiglia, una Spa rigenerativa di 1.200 metri e quattro ristoranti: Le Petit Bellevue, il Ristorante Bellevue, il Bar à Fromage restaurant de montagne e la Brasserie du Bon Bec. La pluripremiata Cantina vini, la Cantina formaggi, l'orto circolare e la panetteria completano la Casa, parte del circuito Relais & Châteaux.

The Bellevue in Cogne, Valle d'Aosta, overlooking the Prati di Sant'Orso, right in front of the Gran Paradiso and the National Park of the same name, is not a simple hotel, but a great House that embraces history, culture and is not a simple hotel, but a great House that embraces history, culture and nature of the Alps.  The Jeantet-Roullet family has been running it since 1925, carrying on the culture of hospitality, involving more than 90 employees. The House offers 39 unique rooms, each furnished with furniture and antiques from the family collection, a regenerative spa of 1,200 metres and four restaurants: Le Petit Bellevue, the Bar à Fromage restaurant de montagne and the Brasserie du Bon Bec. The award-winning wine cellar, the cheese cellar, the circular vegetable garden and the bakery complete the House, part of the Relais & Châteaux Association.

Descrizione del lavoro

La risorsa in affiancamento alla Spa Manager si occuperà:

• Gestione delle pulizie del centro benessere con la collaborazione dello staff già presente
• Gestione della lavanderia interna della spa per lavaggio e piegatura dei teli utilizzati dagli ospiti
• Agenda appuntamenti e prenotazioni 
• Accoglienza ospiti con spiegazione del centro e visita.
• Assistenza degli ospiti durante la loro permanenza
• Gestire le domande e i dubbi degli ospiti con professionalità e cortesia.
• Fornire risposte accurate, appropriate e immediate a tutte le richieste degli ospiti, garantendo la loro completa soddisfazione.
• Assicurarsi che tutte le aree di ricevimento della spa siano mantenute a elevati standard di pulizia.

The resource working alongside the Spa Manager will be responsible for:

• Management of the wellness center cleaning with the collaboration of the existing staff
• Management of the spa's internal laundry for washing and folding the towels used by guests
• Appointment and reservation diary
• Welcoming guests with an explanation of the center and visit.
• Assistance to guests during their stay
• Managing guests' questions and doubts with professionalism and courtesy.
• Providing accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to all guest requests, ensuring their complete satisfaction.
• Ensuring that all spa reception areas are maintained to high standards of cleanliness.

Qualifiche

• Diploma/Laurea nel settore Turistico

• Ottima conoscenza di italiano, inglese e francese

• Esperienza di almeno 1 anno  maturata in hotel 4*/5* e/o Relais & Châteaux

• Completano il profilo capacità organizzative, comunicazione, orientamento al cliente e collaborazione

• Diploma/Degree in the Tourism sector

• Excellent knowledge of Italian, English and French

• At least 1 year of experience gained in 4*/5* hotels and/or Relais & Châteaux

• Organizational skills, communication, customer orientation and collaboration complete the profile

La risorsa verrà inserita all’interno della dimora Relais & Châteaux a conduzione familiare che offre accoglienza e ospitalità al proprio staff garantendo un ambiente di lavoro sereno dove a ogni collaboratore viene riconosciuto l’impegno al successo dell’hotel

- Contratto a tempo determinato (disponibilità immediata fino al 18 ottobre 2027)
- CCNL Turismo. L’inquadramento e la retribuzione verranno commisurati in base al profilo e all’esperienza
- Disponibilità full time
- Vitto e alloggio

The resource will be placed within the family-run Relais & Châteaux residence which offers welcome and hospitality to its staff, guaranteeing a serene work environment where each collaborator is recognized for their commitment to the hotel's success

- Fixed-term contract (immediate availability until October 19th., 2027)
- CCNL Tourism. The classification and remuneration will be commensurate with the profile and experience
