任职资格：
（1）电力电子、电气工程、自动控制等相关专业硕士及以上学历
（2）熟悉电力电子拓扑、功率电路和电磁元件设计，掌握控制理论和电子技术知识，有较强的研究意愿及能力；
（3）有巴拿马电源整流模块硬件开发的实际工作经验
（4）有5年以上的电力电子产品开发经验
（5）工作主动性强，能独立思考和解决问题，勤奋认真，沟通表达能力强，善于团队合作
