  • Apply customer payments and deposits accurately, reducing unapplied cash and discrepancies.
  • Reconcile cash receipts to the general ledger and support month-end close activities.
  • Analyze accounts receivable aging, collection performance, and payment commitments to inform cash forecasting.
  • Improve collection processes, controls, documentation, and systems to increase accuracy and efficiency.
  • Use AI tools responsibly to improve productivity while protecting privacy, security, and fairness.

What You Bring to the Team

  • Intermediate accounting and bookkeeping experience, including accounts receivable, payment application, reconciliations, and general ledger activity.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for investigating discrepancies and resolving account issues.
  • Excellent organization and time-management skills for managing customer accounts and competing deadlines.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills for handling collection conversations professionally.
  • Customer-service and relationship-management skills that balance customer needs with collection objectives.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accurate financial records.
  • Experience with enterprise resource planning, accounts receivable, and collection systems.
  • Working knowledge of AI tools and the ability to apply them responsibly in daily work.
