Mar-Bella Collection is looking for an Accounts Receivable Officer to join our Finance team in Corfu for Season 2027.

The Role

As an Accounts Receivable Officer, you will support the accurate and timely management of receivables, invoicing and payment follow-up, working closely with tour operators, agencies, hotel teams and General Accounting.

Your attention to detail, commercial understanding and ability to identify and resolve discrepancies will contribute to the smooth and effective operation of our Finance function.

A Day in the Job

  • You issue and send final invoices to tour operators and agencies.
  • You prepare early booking lists and pro forma invoices.
  • You monitor payments and ensure they are made within agreed contractual terms.
  • You communicate and correspond with tour operators and agencies.
  • You maintain Accounts Receivable records in Opera Cloud and reconcile them with General Accounting.
  • You review documents issued daily by hotel receptions, including invoices and receipts.
  • You check reservation costing and make necessary adjustments.
  • You investigate and resolve discrepancies.

Is This You?

Essential qualifications

·       At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.

·       Degree in Accounting, Hospitality Management or a related field.

·       Excellent command of commercial English.

·       Very good computer skills, including MS Office and e-billing platforms.

·       Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

·       Ability to read and understand commercial contracts.

·       Strong written and verbal communication skills.

·       Problem-solving mindset and ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Additional qualifications – a plus

  • Knowledge of Opera Cloud.
  • Knowledge of Greek fiscal legislation. A.R. Officer - October 26.
