Accounts Receivable Associate

Job purpose

General accounting position, direct contact with company customers.  Collection, and reconciliation of customer accounts.

 Essential Job Functions

·         Maintain precise records of all incoming payments.

·         Collection of customer payments

·         Contact customer.

·         Handling of the que (releasing order)

·         Reconciling customer’s accounts

 Other Duties and Responsibilities

·         Willing to learn other accounting duties.

·         Flexible and a team player.

 Qualifications

·         Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and physical.

·         Ability to pass background/MVR.

·         Ability to multi-task

·         Detailed oriented

·         Strong background in accounting and collections.

 Working conditions

·         Climate-controlled environment 

Physical requirements

·         Able to lift 10 lbs.

·         Able to push 10 lbs.

·         Able to pull 10 lbs.

·         Able to use repetitive hand movements.
