Accounts Receivable Accountant
Core Responsibilities
- Invoice billing: ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices.
- Process cash allocations by reconciling bank statements with remittance advices, closing paid invoices, and accurately posting cash entries.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams regarding accounts receivable matters.
- Handle and resolve customer and stakeholder inquiries, primarily via email.
- Support and mentor less experienced team members through knowledge sharing, training, and practical guidance.
- Complete month-end closing activities and handle required reporting.
Required Skills and Experience
- Up to 1–2 years of experience in accounting or administrative roles.
- Must have background in accounting operations or international business environment.
- Must be fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
