Job Description
About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to assist our finance team with daily accounting operations. This opportunity offers a hands-on learning opportunity to gain practical experience in accounting, financial reporting, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Day-to-Day Accounting Tasks:
• Assist in maintaining accurate records of financial transactions.
• Support in preparing journal entries and posting to the general ledger.
2. Invoicing and Payments:
• Help generate and process invoices.
• Track receivables and follow up with clients for outstanding payments.
3. Financial Reporting and Documentation:
• Collaborate with the team to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
4. Taxation and Compliance:
• Support the team in GST/TDS calculations and filing.
5. Other Duties:
• Provide administrative support to the finance team as required.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Completed Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.

• Understanding of accounting principles.
• Understanding in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
