Senior Accounts Executive

Job Title: Senior Accounts Executive Location: Ghod Dod Road, Surat Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month Experience: 2+ Years Industry: Yarn Trading & Manufacturing Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, bookkeeping, reconciliations, taxation, and financial records. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Tally, GST, TDS, MS Excel, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliation. Key Responsibilities Handle day-to-day accounting entries including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, expenses, and journal entries. Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, vouchers, and financial records. Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR). Perform bank, customer, and vendor ledger reconciliations. Prepare and maintain GST-related records, reconciliations, and filings. Handle TDS calculations, deductions, and compliance. Prepare invoices, payment documents, debit/credit notes, and other accounting documents. Assist in preparation of monthly financial reports, MIS, P&L, and other management reports. Ensure timely and accurate accounting entries in Tally Prime / ERP. Coordinate with auditors, consultants, vendors, customers, and internal teams as required. Maintain proper documentation for statutory compliance and audits. Assist in Finalization of accounts. Support month-end and year-end closing activities. Required Skills Strong knowledge of Accounting & Bookkeeping Hands-on experience with Tally Prime / ERP Good knowledge of GST and TDS Strong understanding of Bank & Ledger Reconciliation Good knowledge of MS Excel Experience in Accounts Payable & Receivable Understanding of statutory compliance Good analytical and numerical skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Qualification B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent qualification preferred. Minimum 2+ years of relevant accounting experience. Additional Details: Working Hours: 9.30AM – 7 PM Male candidates only Why join us?
