כמנהל/ת חשבונות ספקים ולקוחות ב-MKS, תהיה/י חלק ממחלקת הכספים לטיפול ותמיכה בספקים ולקוחות.
ב-MKS תצטרף/י לחברה טכנולוגית גלובלית ומתקדמת, שמובילה חדשנות ומטמיעה תהליכים מתקדמים בתחום הכספים.
זו הזדמנות לקחת חלק בצוות גלובלי, לעבוד עם מערכות ERP מתקדמות ולהיות שותף/ה לתהליכים משמעותיים שמשפיעים על פעילות החברה בעולם.
בתפקיד זה, תדווח/י למנהלת צוות בכספים.
תחומי אחריות מרכזיים:
- טיפול בכל תחומי הנהלת חשבונות ספקים ולקוחות, כולל אימות וקליטת חשבוניות מול הזמנות רכש
- התאמות כרטיסים
- טיפול בהתכתבויות ספקים ולקוחות, תזכורות תשלום ופניות פנימיות
- חשבונות חתך וסגירת תקופה
- טיפול בנושאי הנהלת חשבונות נוספים במידת הצורך
- בניית קשרי עבודה חיוביים בתוך החברה ומחוצה לה
- שיתוף פעולה הדוק עם הממשקים הפנימיים ברכש, לוגיסטיקה ובקרה
מיומנויות נדרשות לתפקיד:
- מנהל/ת חשבונות סוג 2 – חובה, סוג 3 – יתרון
- ניסיון בעבודה מול ספקים
- אנגלית ברמה גבוהה
- שליטה ב-Excel ברמה גבוהה – חובה
- עבודה עצמאית וראש גדול
- גישה מקצועית ויזומה לעבודה, תשומת לב רבה לפרטים
- שליטה במערכת SAP – יתרון משמעותי
- נכונות ופתיחות לשינויים
