Job Description
We are looking for Technical High School students interested in gaining hands-on experience in a global business environment. This internship offers exposure to customer research, data analysis, and business operations while helping students build analytical, technology, and corporate skills.
Responsibilities
- You will conduct customer research to identify, review, and validate contact information.
- Support Collections-related projects through analysis, documentation, and progress tracking.
- You will help with Service Suspension and Reconnection activities.
- Collaborate with our teams to help address customer-related inquiries and issues.
- Use digital technology to conduct research and manage information.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in the final year of a Technical High School program in Accounting or Finance in Costa Rica.
- B2 English proficiency, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of MS Office, including Excel.
- Interest in technology, Artificial Intelligence (AI), data analysis.
- Collaboration skills to work as part of a team.
- Curious mindset and focus in learning.
Additional Information
This is a home-based internship role in Costa Rica. No relocation available.
