Circle K Business Centre in Riga, Latvia is looking for:
Accountant
Type of Employment: temporary for 1 year
Location: Riga, Latvia
Visa requirements: A valid work permit from the EU/EEA (relocation assistance is not provided)
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Perform vendor account reconciliation and analysis, resolving discrepancies and errors.
- Participate in new process development and process improvement activities.
- Process supplier invoices in Accounts payable module.
- Perform periodical closing procedures.
- Execute and document process controls related to financial compliance.
- Perform other department's functions according to a manager's assignment.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Previous experience within accounting or finance.
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics or a student within this area.
- Fluency in English to communicate with colleagues in Europe.
- Previous experience with ERP (JDE experience will be considered as a plus).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Precise, analytical, organized, solution oriented and stress resistant personality.
- A self-motivated, positive mindset and the ability to work well as part of a team.
