POSITION SUMMARY: World Relief seeks an Accountability and Safeguarding Coordinator to provide project management, case management coordination, administrative and operational support to strengthen World Relief's Accountability and Safeguarding systems across International Programs (IP).    The Coordinator supports the implementation, monitoring, reporting, capacity strengthening, investigations administration, and continuous improvement of accountability and safeguarding systems across International Programs.   The position works closely with country offices, regional teams, partners, and Home Office staff, including the Accountability & Safeguarding Director and Technical Advisor, to strengthen Complaint and Feedback Mechanisms (CFMs) implementation, safeguarding and PSEAH compliance, and misconduct reporting and response processes, while promoting organizational learning.
