Responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison between clients and the insurance agency, ensuring prompt and clear communication.
• Assist clients in selecting appropriate insurance policies based on their individual needs and circumstances.
• Process new insurance applications, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations accurately and efficiently.
• Provide clients with detailed explanations of coverage, policy terms, and any changes to their insurance plans.
• Handle and resolve client inquiries, concerns, and claims with professionalism and empathy.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation in compliance with agency and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with underwriters, claims adjusters, and internal teams to facilitate smooth service delivery.

• Proven experience in an insurance agency or related customer service role.
• Strong knowledge of insurance products, policies, and industry regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Exceptional organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using insurance management software and general office applications.
