Account Manager, Insurance Segment

Job Description

• Manage the assigned client account and providing administrative support to Head of Insurance Segment. Liaise and follow up with insurers
• Act as the key interface between the customer and all relevant departments
• Maintaining good relationship with clients, also play an integral role in new business and hold responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new clients.
• Work our business plan for current and opportunity business.
• Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet organizational standards
• Manage day-to day operations including follow up account related matter and work as a backup for Head of Insurance  
• Prepare quotation/proposal under minimal supervision of Associate Director
• Formulate account profile and assist Associate Director for the business develop plan for the assigned accounts
• Building relationships with existing clients in order to maintain the closer business opportunity
  Other duties as assigned

• Bachelor degree holder with at least 4-5 year of relevant work experience in healthcare/ insurance industry is preferrable
• Independent and customer-oriented 
• Excellent analytical and negotiation skills 
• Team player who is detail-minded and can work under pressure in a flexible environment
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
• Good team player
