Account Manager

Eastwood Park Ltd is seeking an Account Manager to work as part of our Sales team. You will work with a defined group of customers to grow revenue and profitability by maximising opportunities from new courses and updates, filling all places on courses for the in-centre portfolio and promoting onsite training opportunities.

You will have experience in sales and/or account management and exposure within or selling into M&E clients, Universities, NHS, Councils and similar client bases would be ideal but not essential. In addition, you should also have excellent communication skills along with a clear and confident telephone manner and a professional approach as you will be working with and representing professionals in the market place. We're also looking for an ability to:

• demonstrate strong client account management and interpersonal skills.
• build strong rapport quickly.
• think on your feet.
• consult and understand your client needs and match accordingly.
• identify revenue opportunities across your market sectors.
• build customer relationships through consultative selling, allowing us to build long term business relationships.

This role is for 37 hours per week, working Monday to Friday. You'll be based at our training centre in Falfield and will travel to attend exhibitions throughout the country as well as attending client meetings with colleagues.
