Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our ever-evolving Client Management team in Global Payments and help shape the future of global commerce.



What you'll own

  • Serve as the primary strategic contact for a portfolio of key client accounts, building trusted relationships and ensuring an outstanding client experience.
  • Lead client governance activities, including business reviews, performance reporting, service assessments, and executive stakeholder engagement.
  • Coordinate the resolution of complex service, operational, and technical issues by partnering with internal teams and advocating for client needs.
  • Develop and execute account growth strategies, identifying opportunities to expand product adoption, increase revenue, and strengthen long-term partnerships.
  • Manage commercial activities including contract renewals, account planning, forecasting, and support for strategic business opportunities.

What you'll bring

  • 8+ years of experience in client relationship management, account management, customer success, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Proven ability to manage executive-level stakeholder relationships and navigate complex enterprise organizations.
  • Experience working within payments, financial services, fintech, banking, or another highly regulated industry.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience driving account growth, contract renewals, and revenue expansion initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels.

It's a bonus if you have

  • Experience managing strategic or enterprise-level client accounts within the payments industry.
  • Understanding of merchant acquiring, payment processing, card services, or related financial technology solutions.
  • Experience working across global or matrixed organizations supporting complex client environments.
