Account Manager

• Identify and pursue account growth opportunities while handling various customer service and support activities to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring responsiveness, trust, and strategic alignment.
• Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, budget, and goals.
• Regularly meet with clients to discuss their requirements and explain how our plans align with their objectives.
• Balance both retention and growth, with a clearly defined goal related to revenue growth.
• Ensure clear and consistent communication with clients, keeping them informed about relevant updates, changes, and opportunities.
• Proactively share valuable insights and unique perspectives to help improve clients' business.
• Act as a trusted partner and advisor who genuinely wants to help clients succeed.
• Maintain comprehensive customer records, including contracts, invoices, and correspondence.

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in finance, business, or related field.
• Preferably, at least 2 years of work experience in Sales or as an Account Manager within a related industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
• Knowledge of market dynamics in financial services is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and handle pressure effectively.
• Results-driven and target-oriented.
• Willing to travel and visit clients as needed.
• Willing to work at the designated Linknet office
