We’re building the foundational Go-To-Market team for Base44, an AI-powered software development platform recently acquired by Wix. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of a category-defining shift in how software is built- bringing a transformative product to the SMB segments. This is a high-impact, high-velocity role for a seller who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment. You won’t just be following a playbook; you’ll be helping to write it. Working closely with Base44 and Wix leadership, you will drive the full sales cycle, turning technical innovation into tangible business value for our customers.

In your day-to-day, you will: 

• Manage the full sales cycle from aggressive outbound prospecting to closing high-growth SMB accounts 

• Turn Base44’s AI capabilities into "business-speak" that resonates with CXOs, Product Leads, and Founders 

• Shape the foundational sales motion, including messaging, outreach strategies, and customer segmentation to support future scale 

• Identify and convert high-potential prospects, building the early momentum that defines our market presence 

• Act as a critical feedback loop between the market and our product team to influence the roadmap and positioning 

• Maintain a clean CRM and provide accurate deal forecasting to support our rapid growth

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience in a technology company, with a proven track record of smashing quotas 

• Experience in SMB environments with shorter sales cycles and high-volume deal flow 

• Experience with PLG or "land and expand" motions, leveraging ICs to drive organizational adoption 

• Familiarity with AI, ML, or developer-centric SaaS—comfortable discussing technical workflows with stakeholders 

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable with the ambiguity of a "startup within a giant" environment 

• Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor complex messaging to technical and non-technical audiences 

• At this time, we are seeking NY-based candidates who can commute to our NYC office 3 times per week

Our AI-powered platform allows anyone to create custom software applications using natural language—no traditional coding required. We operate like a startup within Wix: fast-moving, collaborative, and focused on solving complex problems with simple, elegant solutions. 

You’ll play a key role in shaping our go-to-market approach, working closely with our founders and Wix leadership to bring this transformative technology to market.

Compensation: 

The approximate base compensation is $75,000 - $95,000/yr. In addition to the base pay, this role includes variable compensation earned and company RSUs as part of the compensation package. 

Final offer may vary and will be determined by various factors including location the role is expected to be performed, shift, candidate profile, and ideal qualifications.
