About the Role
This is a role for someone who wants to build a career in sales, not just take a job — Bullhorn has a genuine track record of developing Account Executives into senior sales talent, and promoting from within
Reporting to our Regional Sales Manager, you'll own your patch like it's your own business: your pipeline, your targets, your strategy for winning it
You'll be finding, developing, and closing new business with staffing and recruitment firms, using your growing expertise in the industry to become a trusted advisor, not just a vendor
This is a hybrid role, three days a week in our Boston office — we're only considering candidates within commuting distance
A typical day will include
Generating your own pipeline through outbound prospecting — cold calls, email campaigns, social selling — and treating it like the engine of your own business
Getting in front of key decision-makers at small-to-medium staffing firms and making Bullhorn's value impossible to ignore
Diagnosing a prospect's real challenges and positioning the right Bullhorn solution, building the kind of trust that turns a deal into a long-term partnership
Owning your numbers: tracking activity, managing a disciplined pipeline in CRM, and learning from every win and loss to sharpen your craft
Working closely with a manager invested in your development — this role comes with structured coaching, mentorship, and a clear runway to progress
This role is a fit for you if...
You've got around 6 months' experience in the staffing/recruitment industry, or in tech/SaaS/software sales — either background gives you a real head start here
You want more than a job — you're looking for a career where tenure and results are rewarded with real progression
You love building relationships and have a track record of solving problems and winning people over
You can manage a full pipeline of inbound and outbound leads without dropping the ball
You're hungry for coaching and mentorship, and want to keep developing your sales skill-set
You bring fresh, entrepreneurial thinking to prospecting and your sales process, and treat your desk like it's your own business to grow
This role starts at $28.85/hour. In addition, this role is eligible for commissions & a comprehensive benefits package.
