Account Executive, Enterprise - Base44

We’re building the Go-To-Market team for Base44, an AI-powered software development platform recently acquired by Wix. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of a category-defining shift in how software is built—bringing a transformative product to Enterprise accounts. This is a high-impact, strategic role for a seller who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment. You won’t just be following a playbook; you’ll be helping to write it. Working closely with Base44 and Wix leadership, you will drive complex sales cycles, turning technical innovation into tangible business value for multi-stakeholder organizations.

In your day-to-day, you will: 

• Manage complex, long-term sales cycles with strategic Enterprise accounts, from targeted outreach to close
• Turn Base44’s AI capabilities into "business-speak" that resonates with VPs of Engineering, CTOs, CIOs, and executive leadership
• Shape the enterprise sales motion, navigating complex buying processes, security reviews, and custom procurement workflows
• Identify and convert high-value prospects, building strategic partnerships that drive significant revenue growth
• Act as a critical feedback loop between Enterprise clients and our product team to influence the platform roadmap and enterprise-grade features
• Maintain a clean CRM and provide accurate, predictable pipeline forecasting for large-deal motions

Qualifications

• 10+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience in a technology company, with a proven track record of closing Enterprise-grade deals and smashing quotas
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and navigating procurement, legal, and security processes
• Comfort discussing technical workflows, with experience in AI, ML, or developer-centric SaaS – an advantage
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable with the ambiguity of a "startup within a giant" environment
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to tailor complex messaging to both technical teams and executive C-suite stakeholders
