Summary We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team at ABC Spacery, a leading name in the Property & Real Estate industry. As a Fresher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of our brand by creating compelling, high-impact designs that communicate property features, lifestyle aspirations, and investment potential. This role is ideal for a passionate designer with a strong foundation in digital design tools and a keen eye for aesthetics. You will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and project teams to produce visually engaging content for digital platforms, brochures, social media, presentations, and promotional materials. Responsibilities Design visually compelling graphics for property listings, sales brochures, flyers, and digital campaigns. Create concept art, mood boards, and visual storytelling assets for new residential and commercial projects. Develop and maintain brand consistency across all visual content in alignment with ABC Spacery’s design guidelines. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to translate project features into engaging visual narratives. Produce high-resolution images and layouts for websites, social media platforms, email campaigns, and presentations. Assist in the creation of 3D renderings and visualizations in coordination with design and architectural teams. Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies relevant to the real estate and property industry. Manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to deadlines and quality standards. Requirements Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (freshers welcome). Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects). Basic understanding of 3D visualization tools such as SketchUp, Blender, or AutoCAD is a plus. Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, attention to detail, and experience with branding or real estate-related design. Ability to interpret project briefs and deliver designs that align with brand voice and target audience. Excellent communication and teamwork skills with a proactive approach to feedback and revisions. Familiarity with digital publishing standards, file formats, and print production processes. Willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
