About this role
En ALTEN México estamos buscando un Automation & Robotics Engineer con sólida experiencia en programación de PLCs, robótica industrial, visión artificial y desarrollo de soluciones de automatización para integrarse a proyectos de manufactura avanzada.
Perfil de Puesto: Diseñar, desarrollar e implementar soluciones avanzadas de automatización industrial mediante programación de PLCs, robótica industrial, sistemas de visión e integración de equipos de manufactura, asegurando altos estándares de calidad, seguridad, escalabilidad y desempeño operativo.
Responsabilidades:
- Desarrollo y programación avanzada de PLCs utilizando Beckhoff.
- Diseño de arquitecturas de automatización escalables y modulares.
- Programación y optimización de robots industriales Mitsubishi.
- Integración de sistemas de visión Cognex (Designer y VisionPro).
- Desarrollo de librerías estándar reutilizables para automatización.
- Integración de equipos industriales, atornilladores Atlas Copco y Weber, conveyors Bosch y sistemas externos.
- Diagnóstico, mantenimiento y gestión de fallas en sistemas automatizados.
- Elaboración de documentación técnica y cumplimiento de estándares de seguridad industrial.
Requisitos:
- Ingeniería en Automatización, Mecatrónica, Electrónica o afín.
- 5+ años en automatización industrial y puesta en marcha de maquinaria o líneas automatizadas.
- Experiencia comprobable en integración de sistemas de control, robótica y visión artificial.
- Participación en proyectos de manufactura avanzada e Industria 4.0.
Habilidades y Competencias:
- Programación avanzada de PLC Beckhoff (LD, ST, FBD, SFC).
- Desarrollo intermedio en C#.
- Programación y optimización de robots Mitsubishi.
- Sistemas de visión Cognex Designer y VisionPro.
- Diseño de arquitecturas de automatización.
- Desarrollo de librerías estándar reutilizables.
- Integración de dispositivos industriales (Atlas Copco, Weber, Bosch).
- Máquinas de estados, sincronización y control de movimiento.
- Trazabilidad y gestión de datos.
- Seguridad funcional y normativas de diseño de maquinaria.
- Simulación, validación y puesta en marcha de sistemas automatizados.
