About this role

ALTEN MÉXICO está en búsqueda de un Supervisor de Campo será responsable de supervisar la ejecución en sitio de instalaciones electromecánicas, utilities y sistemas automatizados. Este rol asegura que los trabajos se realicen según los planos técnicos, protocolos DC-3 y estándares de seguridad, documentando el avance y garantizando la calidad en cada etapa.

Perfil de Puesto: Buscamos un profesional con experiencia en supervisión de obras industriales para asegurar que las actividades en campo cumplan con los requisitos técnicos y de seguridad. Serás responsable de validar el trabajo de contratistas y mantener registros precisos para el equipo del proyecto.

Responsabilidades:

  • Supervisar instalaciones electromecánicas (HVAC, utilities, automatización) según P&ID’s, DTI’s y planos as-built.
  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de DC-3 (altura, eléctricos, espacios confinados, LOTO) y permisos STS-029-01.
  • Validar el trabajo de contratistas para cumplir con estándares de calidad y seguridad.
  • Mantener bitácoras diarias, evidencias fotográficas y reportes de avance.
  • Apoyar en el cierre de punch lists y pruebas pre-comisionamiento.

Requisitos:

  • Formación: Ingeniero Electromecánico/Técnico o experiencia equivalente.
  • Experiencia: 3+ años en construcción/supervisión industrial (preferible en industria farmacéutica/química).
  • Certificaciones: DC-3 vigentes (mínimo 3 áreas: altura, eléctricos, LOTO).
  • Habilidades: Lectura de planos, aplicación de EPP, manejo de MS Office, AutoCAD básico.
  • Idioma: Inglés Intermedio (deseable).

Habilidades y Competencias:

  • Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y coordinar contratistas.
  • Conocimiento en protocolos de seguridad industrial y normativas de construcción.
  • Habilidad para documentar avances y detectar no conformidades.
  • Enfoque en calidad y atención al detalle.
