Job Responsibilities:-
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to production planning and execution.
- Design, configure, and implement SAP PP solutions to support production planning, capacity planning, material requirements planning (MRP), and shop floor execution.
- Customize SAP PP functionalities as needed to meet specific business needs, including work center setup, routings, BOMs, and production scheduling.
- Perform system testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) for SAP PP implementations.
- Provide training and support to end-users for SAP PP functionalities and processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP PP configurations, interfaces, and integrations.
- Stay updated on the latest SAP PP developments, best practices, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, logistics, and IT, to ensure alignment of SAP PP solutions with overall business objectives.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production planning processes and optimize SAP PP functionality.
Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience working with SAP PP, including implementation, configuration, and support.
- Strong understanding of production planning and execution processes and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with SAP PP modules, including Production Orders, Planned Orders, Capacity Planning, and MRP.
- Proficiency in SAP PP integration with other modules (e.g., SAP MM, SAP SD) and third-party systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- SAP PP certification(s) preferred.
