Buscamos un(a) Project Manager para liderar proyectos estratégicos relacionados con el arranque de una nueva operación de manufactura.
Descripción
- Liderar proyectos de transformación y puesta en marcha de sitios industriales.
- Gestionar recursos, cronogramas, ruta crítica y mitigación de riesgos.
- Coordinar la comunicación con líderes de negocio y equipos multifuncionales.
- Asegurar la ejecución y seguimiento de actividades para cumplir hitos y objetivos.
- Liderar iniciativas de manufactura, re-layout, facilities e instalación de líneas de producción.
- Controlar presupuesto, KPIs y reportar el avance del proyecto a la dirección.
- Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería en Manufactura, Administración de Empresas o carrera afín.
- Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en gestión de proyectos industriales, lanzamiento de plantas o transferencias de manufactura.
- Experiencia coordinando equipos multidisciplinarios en áreas como Planeación, Compras, Calidad, Manufactura, Logística y EHS.
- Conocimiento de sistemas ERP y procesos de implementación o puesta en marcha.
- Experiencia en ramp-up de producción, transferencia de materiales y arranque de operaciones de manufactura.
- Nivel avanzado de inglés para colaborar con equipos locales e internacionales.
