About this role

Eastdil Secured Savills is the global real estate investment bank that uniquely combines commercial real estate and capital markets expertise. We provide truly independent advice with the mission to drive value for our clients through creative, actionable ideas and flawless execution. Our knowledge-driven team is comprised of remarkable people who are seamlessly connected across all levels and geographies, merging experience, expertise, and resources to deliver the best strategies from around the globe. With a focus on serving our clients, we thrive on collaboration to execute the world’s most dynamic transactions.

At Eastdil Secured Savills, we seek individuals who have strong analytical skills and can craft compelling narratives on behalf of our clients and who also demonstrate the grit and determination necessary to become the leaders of tomorrow. We hire and advance based on merit and are committed to engaging talent with diverse backgrounds and perspectives; by doing so, we aim to foster creativity and innovation throughout our company.

The U.S. Analyst Program, which lasts up to two years, provides Analysts the opportunity to develop the skills and experience necessary to succeed as a commercial real estate professional. Analysts work alongside experienced transaction professionals, gaining hands-on experience underwriting asset sales and debt placement across all property types. Through exposure to some of the industry’s most relevant transactions, Analysts develop a comprehensive understanding of commercial real estate and the capital markets. Throughout the program, Analysts also receive on-the-job training, mentorship, and ongoing feedback to support their professional development.

We are seeking Analysts in the following Eastdil Secured Savills office locations: Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, New York, San Francisco, and Washington, D.C. Most offices recruit Analysts for generalist roles, providing exposure across property types and transaction types. The San Francisco and New York offices also recruit for specialized teams.

San Francisco Applicants: Candidates may be considered for either the generalist team or the M&A/Corporate Advisory Team. The M&A/Corporate Advisory team is dedicated to understanding the unique operating environments of public and private real estate clients and combines strong relationships, capital markets expertise, and real estate knowledge to provide strategic advice. The team’s advisory capabilities include mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, equity and debt recapitalizations, portfolio sales, and other strategic transactions.

New York Applicants: Candidates may be considered for the Alternatives Team, which is geographically and product-type agnostic and focuses on a range of non-traditional real estate verticals nationally. In recent years, the team has executed many of the industry’s largest traditional equity sales, recapitalizations, and programmatic joint venture structures, particularly in the self-storage, manufactured housing, and SFR/BTR sectors.

The 2027 U.S. Analyst Program will start on August 9th, 2027.
