Principales responsabilités
- Assurer les soins infirmiers auprès d'une clientèle DPSMDISSG.
- Évaluer l'état de santé des usagers et assurer le suivi clinique.
- Intervenir auprès de personnes présentant des troubles graves du comportement.
- Collaborer avec l'équipe interdisciplinaire afin d'offrir des soins sécuritaires et adaptés.
- Assurer une documentation clinique complète et conforme.
