Principales responsabilités
- Assurer les soins infirmiers requis auprès d'une clientèle en état critique ou nécessitant une surveillance étroite
- Évaluer l'état de santé des usagers (situations aiguës et instables), planifier et dispenser les interventions cliniques adaptées
- Collaborer avec l'équipe interdisciplinaire afin d'offrir des soins hautement sécuritaires, préventifs et spécialisés
- Assurer une documentation clinique complète, rigoureuse et conforme aux normes du milieu des soins critiques
