We need an English-fluent PAT-TIME Social Media Specialist, based in No, available to work remotely.

We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Create, plan, and post social media content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)

  • Write copy/captions aligned with brand voice and sponsor partnerships

  • Background or strong interest in sports, ideally squash, tennis, or Olympic/NGB sports

  • Provide real-time content editing and posting support during live events (fully remote)

  • Support with light deck/presentation work as needed (lower priority)

Requirements:

  • 1- 3 Years of experience as a Social Media Specialist

  • Background working with sports brands in a social media or digital marketing capacity (ideally squash, tennis, or Olympic/NGB sports) 

  • Proven experience in social media content creation, planning, and posting

  • Strong copywriting skills for social platforms

  • Comfortable with quick-turnaround, real-time content editing during live events

  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut, or similar content creation tools

It's a plus:

  • Experience with Instagram and TikTok content creation and posting

  • Familiarity with AI-assisted tools for decks/presentations (Claude, Canva, or Gamma)

  • Experience supporting brand sponsorship or partnership content

Compensation:

  • The salary range offered for this part-time (20H/W) position varies from (USD) $650 - $900 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.

  • The role is initially structured as a six-month project, with the possibility of an extension based on project needs and performance.

  • This position is for a part time contract, through a payroll platform.

  • The talent will work remotely allocated at our client.
