Requirements
- Must operate as an independent 1099 contractor
- Active General Liability Insurance required (COI must be provided)
- Minimum of 3 years of plumbing experience preferred
- Must own plumbing tools and reliable transportation (truck, van, or SUV)
- Must complete a brief onboarding and portal walkthrough prior to receiving assignments
- Comfortable using an online portal system for updates, photos, and communication
- Valid driver’s license required
- Must currently reside and work within the United States
Disqualifiers
- No active insurance coverage
- Inability to complete onboarding requirements
- Lack of communication or unreliable transportation
- No trade tools available for service work
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to residential plumbing service requests in assigned areas
- Troubleshoot and complete repairs efficiently and professionally
- Submit estimates for larger repairs or replacement projects when needed
- Maintain communication and job progress updates through the mobile portal
- Complete work orders according to company and client expectations
- Materials for approved work orders are provided by Superior Contracting & Maintenance

Compensation
