Key Responsibilities

• Perform repairs, maintenance, and installations in areas such as plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, appliances, and general handyman services
• Diagnose issues and provide efficient repair solutions
• Follow local safety regulations and industry standards
• Maintain communication with the Superior team throughout each project
• Complete work efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
• Reliable and punctual work ethic
• Must own a truck, van, or SUV capable of transporting tools and materials
• Must have your own tools and be comfortable working independently
• Preferred: 3+ years of experience in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, maintenance, or related trades
• Ability to lift and handle tools, materials, and equipment as needed
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
• Comfortable using online portal systems for work orders and updates

Required Qualifications

• HVAC technicians must hold EPA certification
• General Liability Insurance required (COI must be provided)
• W9 with valid Tax ID required
• Completion of onboarding and portal training required prior to receiving work orders
