Job Description

- Ensures implementation of VCM standards within the country organisation
- Trains country organization and offers technical support on the VCM processes and tools
- Supports for logistics assessments in country VCM organization to monitor the adherence to the standards
- Supports for management of central learning platform for logistics related processes
- Monitors, analyzes and reports country inventories
- Coordinates country inventory budget and forecasting process
- Shares inventory reduction best practices and leads inventory workshops within the country
- Identifies performance deviations based on the KPIs and organizes root cause analysis meetings
- Supports definition of global VCM standards
- Coordinates “material committee” focusing on accuracy, excess and obsolete inventory

Qualifications

• Level of Education :  Engineer degree [Industrial engineering – Logistics engineering - Technical engineering] | , Master in logistics 
• Experience:  2 years
• Language : French & English 
• IT: Microsoft Office
• Social competences: Communication, social & intercultural sensitivity, change management, target & result orientation, motivation & resilience, self-organization, conflict management, teamwork
• Pofessional Skills: Inventory Management/ Inventory Analysis/ Inventory Valuation/ Master Production Schedules (MPS)/ Material Requirements Planning/ Materials Management/ Sales and Operations Plan (SOP)/ Supply Chain ConceptsSupply PlanningWarehouse Management Systems
