What You'll Be Doing
- Safely operate a ready mix truck to deliver concrete to customer and job site locations.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections and complete required vehicle documentation.
- Verify load accuracy and maintain product quality during transport and delivery.
- Build positive customer relationships through professional and timely service.
- Follow all safety, environmental, and operational procedures while supporting team objectives.
What Are We Looking For
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a safe driving record.
- Demonstrated ability to safely operate commercial vehicles and equipment.
- Commitment to workplace safety, compliance, and quality service.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing business needs.
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
What We Offer
- $22.32 to $26.20 per hour
- Candidates with one year or more of RMC experience are eligible for a $1,500 sign-on bonus, payable after 90 days of successful employment.
