Thrive began in 2000 as a modest IT services firm in Concord, Massachusetts. The pioneering founders believed no one wanted break/fix anymore and were one of the first companies in the world to create proactive managed services for the SMB market. Early seed investments by M/C Partners in 2016 and Court Square Capital Partners in 2021, ushered in a new era of resilience and innovation. In 2025, Thrive received strategic investment from Berkshire Partners and Court Square Capital Partners to unlock further growth, enhancing Thrives position as a leading NextGen MSP/MSSP, delivering global cybersecurity, Cloud, and digital transformation Managed Services.
