PSNBA which stands for Puget Sound Naval Bases Association is an organization dedicated to the military mission as well as the community's economic welfare. Currently a non-profit organization designed to facilitate networking between local government, Civilian workers, military members and the community as a whole. What is the Mission of PSNBA? PSNBA ensures the Navy and Congress never forget that Kitsap County is where the Navy's past, present, and future were meant to be. PSNBA (Puget Sound Naval Bases Association) is made up entirely of volunteers who are dedicated to the cause of the organization - to keep the Navy presence and workload strong here in Kitsap County. Our operating budget is comprised of money received through membership at the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard, Naval Base Kitsap-Bangor, Bremerton Naval Hospital and Keyport as well as many local businesses, corporations and community members.
