CubeSmart, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership (the Operating Partnership), operates through an umbrella partnership structure, with the Parent Company, a Maryland REIT, as its sole general partner. As of March 31, 2024, the Company owned (or partially owned and consolidated) self-storage properties located in the District of Columbia and 24 states throughout the United States, which are presented under one reportable segment: the Company owns, operates, develops, manages and acquires self-storage properties.
