Cantex Continuing Care Network is a privately owned company, founded in 1978 and has continued under the same ownership for the last 42 successful years. We offer a full-service post-acute network through 37 nursing centers, In-house Rehab services, 7 home health agencies, 4 hospice agencies, and 2 in-house pharmacies spread across Texas! In January of 2020, Cantex launched its own Medicare Advantage plan for residents called Pro Care Advantage Plan!
